It's important that we value the diverse nature and cultural difference within our communities and more importantly understand the risks that impact upon different groups.
Involving a range of community groups, the Life Skills Centre project aims to raise our knowledge and understanding of these issues.
Whilst Gloucestershire is a predominately white British population this is anticipated to change, for example, by 2010 only 20% of the UK working population will be white, male, able-bodied and under 45.
