Strong and Prosperous Communities – The Local Government White Paper was published on 26th October 2006. In order to realise the full potential of the public service reform it places these priorities at the core:

The Gloucestershire Life Skills Centre offers an innovative partnership solutions to joint outcomes through a range of themes and with identified priorities which are evidenced-based.
